Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order and/or personalized. Due to the nature of our product and services, shipping times vary. We will always work to have all orders completed within 5 days of purchase but some items will take longer. All packages are shipped according to the service selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once the order is completed and can follow the travels from there.

We do not control the shipping companies and once the package is accepted by the carrier, we cannot control the time it takes to arrive.

We always want complete satisfaction and will work with you for any shipping issues that you have.

If for any reason a package is lost, please file a report with the carrier and we will replace said item once the insurance claim is fulfilled.
